Give Locally Animals Desperately Need Your Help!
Saginaw County has a significant overpopulation problem. Without the Humane Society of Saginaw County stepping in to offer low or no cost spay and neuter services to low income households thousands more puppies and kittens would be born into despair, abandonment and death. There are 18,600 households in Saginaw County that live below the poverty level that own at least one pet and we are their safety net. There is no low cost spay neuter clinic in Saginaw County and there are no veterinarians that adjust their rates based on one's income. Most people could not afford spay/neuter surgery at any cost.

Please help us help the animals that need it most.

Your donation is tax deductible as our organization is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization.

Our tax ID number is 38-6090160.

We cannot help the animals without your support.

We receive no government funding.

We rely completely on the generosity of individuals and businesses to fund all our programs and rescue work.

We are all unpaid volunteers, therefore, your donation will be directly used for the animal's care.

We are currently running all our programs out of a primary foster home located in Freeland, Michigan.

Our future vision includes having a HSoSC Adoption and Education Center to best meet the needs of our community.

We are dedicated to the betterment of the lives of stray, owned and abandoned animals. Every life is precious, valuable and worth saving. We are honored to be able to help the most vulnerable furballs in our community.
